Cushaw is a striped, green plant. It’s also known as the sweet potato squash.  This versatile fruit can be eaten in the summer and winter.  It can be eaten as pie filling, and you can roast it as well.  Try it! Please note these squash are large. Mini are baby Cushaw squash cook like crook neck squash. Comes 3-5.  Production is coming along many will  be produced. This squash igets large it take time to produce.
